Dave DeBlander is the founder and owner of Pro Clean Restoration and Cleaning. His business has four White Magic direct-drive carpet cleaning vans, a van for the natural stone polishing business, a van for hauling rugs and a box truck for water damage restoration.

In addition to his businesses, Dave is the author of the highly regarded and successful business package entitled,“How to Get Off The Truck and on to the Beach.”

Dave is also a business coach who has been the Howard Partridge Inner Circle business coach for the past three years. He has coached many carpet cleaning companies and has been the coach for Howard Partridge himself. Dave’s unique style of coaching is a combination of coaching and consulting, reflecting on his years of studying the world of positive and motivational thinking and his knowledge of how to run a successful carpet cleaning business.

In 2008, Pro Clean was named “Small Business of the Month, Oct. 2008,” by the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce and “Affiliate of the Year,” by the Pensacola Association of Realtors.
In 2009, Pro Clean was named winner of the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for marketplace ethics. Despite the bad economy, 2009 was the best year ever for Pro Clean, as the company grossed $856,000, a 21% increase from 2008, with a profit margin of 22%.

Dave lives the American dream life, having a turn-key business that last year enabled him to take three months of vacation and he lives in a gorgeous million dollar home right on Pensacola Beach.

Dave is married to Kate, who is a Mary Kay National Sales Director and the inspiration behind Dave’s can-do attitude. Fifteen years of going to Mary Kay events and listening to all that great training has taught Dave that you can achieve whatever you believe. His daughter, Kali, is also a Mary Kay pink Cadillac driver, has recently made Dave and Kate the proud grandparents of Braeden Davis Brigham.  Kali’s wonderful husband, Josh, is also the fantastic designer of Pro Clean’s fabulous Pensacola Carpet Cleaning Website.
